Guaranteed Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We have a 30 day return policy. We will take back any unused and un-opened merchandise no questions asked for 30 days from the date the items were ordered. Manufacturer is not liable for any damages that may occur to product during transit. Claims for damage resulting in transit must be filed with carrier by the buyer within 5 business days after receipt of merchandise.

Wetsuit Exception: Due to the fragile nature of open cell neoprene, JBL is unable to accept customer returns of any open cell two-piece wetsuits. In addition, all one piece wetsuits can not be returned once submersed in water. Before purchase it is highly recommended to refer to the JBL Sizing Chart to ensure selection of appropriate suit size. Keep in mind open cell suits are designed to fit tight. This is to eliminate water entering the suit during diving. Before entering, all open cell suits require some type of lubrication such as diluted baby soap or hair conditioner. This is the nature of open cell neoprene.

Manufactures Warranties: All JBL products come with the standard JBL Warranty. For items bought on this site, send warranty inquiries to returns@jblspearguns.com. To process warranty claims you must include proof that warrantied items were purchased from the official JBL website. Proof of purchase may include sales order number or sales receipt.
